I signed up for the I Am CrossFit EPOC challenge, which began January 8, 2010. The 8 week challenge was designed to me reach whatever goals I set for myself. Here are the goals I set:
- Finish benchmark WOD
- Execute 3 consecutive kipping pullups
- Execute 1.5x bodyweight deadlift
- Run an 8-minute mile

I achieved one of my goals — finishing the benchmark workout.
