Running in Austin is so awesome. It seems like there’s always a race or walk happening somewhere in town.
I love to enter 5K and 10K races just for fun, and my kids are getting into the spirit, too.

Luke ran in the 6 & under division of the Statesman Junior Dillo run on March 26, 2011. He crossed the finish line of the mile long course at around 14 minutes. Andy ran with him.

The 2010 Turkey Trot started and finished at Auditorium Shores in Austin, TX. It was 5 miles. I ran the entire distance in my Vibrums, pushing Luke in the stroller, and with minimal training.
